Opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity is a punishable offence. hibjaee will take immediate action upon detecting any such account.
Hibjaee accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

To withdraw winnings from hibjaee, you must first complete account verification. Withdrawals are not available on unverified accounts.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. During weekends or peak hours, processing may take up to 48 hours. VIP members' withdrawals are processed on a priority basis.
For large withdrawals (৳50,000 or above), hibjaee may request additional verification. This is done solely for your security. Any delay in providing the required documents may put your withdrawal on hold.
Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Withdrawing before fulfilling the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided.

If your internet drops or a technical issue occurs during a game, the decision will be based on the last record saved on hibjaee's servers. Where a member suffers a loss in such cases, reasonable compensation will be provided.
