To register on hibjaee, you'll need an active email address, a mobile number, and you must be at least 18 years old. Registration takes just 3 minutes and is completely free. Please provide accurate information, as it will be verified during the identity verification (KYC) process.

No. hibjaee allows only one account per person. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or personal details will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, and balances may be forfeited.

Email verification is instant — just click the link sent after registration. Identity verification (KYC), however, typically takes 24–48 hours to complete. Once KYC is done, your withdrawal limit increases and you gain access to additional benefits.

After logging in, you can update your phone number, address, and password from Profile Settings. To change your name or date of birth, you'll need to contact the support team and may be required to submit a valid ID.

You can request account closure at any time. To do so, email support@hibjaee.com or let our team know via live chat. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
Login & Security

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address and a reset link will be sent to you. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Choose a strong new password — use uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your hibjaee account will be temporarily locked. You can try again after 30 minutes. If this keeps happening, reset your password or contact Support.

hibjaee secures all login sessions with 256-bit SSL encryption. OTP verification is required whenever you log in from a new device. If any suspicious activity is detected, an automatic email alert is sent to you.

No one can access your hibjaee account without your password and OTP. hibjaee will never ask for your password over the phone or by email. If anyone does, contact Support immediately — it could be a scam.
Deposits & Payments

After logging in, go to the "Cashier" or "Deposit" option. You can deposit via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Select your preferred method, enter the amount, and follow the on-screen instructions. Funds are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

The minimum deposit on hibjaee is ৳500. The maximum deposit depends on your chosen payment method and your account's KYC level. Higher deposit limits are available once KYC is completed.

Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 2 hours. Transfers made outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.

hibjaee does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider (such as Mobile Pay or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. These are set according to the provider's own terms and are outside hibjaee's control.
Withdrawal

Log in and go to the "Withdrawal" option. Select your preferred payment method (Mobile Pay, Nagad, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and provide your mobile number or bank details. Requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal on hibjaee is ৳1,000. Accounts with completed KYC verification can withdraw higher amounts. Without KYC, daily withdrawal limits are lower.

Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification, which can take up to 48 hours. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.

A withdrawal request can be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible. If cancelled, the amount will be returned to your account balance.
